Thomas E. Colleton, Jr. is a lawyer, strategist, mentor, change agent and deal maker. A partner in a leading NJ law firm [Riker, Danzig], he represented such clients as Prudential, Chrysler & Deutsche Bank for 25 years and then chose to work directly with businesses & their leaders.

Tom  did “work outs” for almost 20 years, structured financing & ownership, bought & sold companies & took them public and advised on compliance, corporate governance, personnel matters, & dispute resolution, including litigation. In addition, he is a certified mediator and has taught mediation.

Tom has an AB from Notre Dame (cum laude), a JD from NYU (where he was a Root Tilden Scholar) and has been listed in “The Best Lawyers in America.”   He has been a public company director, elected official and principal in several enterprises and most recently chaired the Advisory Board of a Philadelphia area biotech.  Tom also chaired the Banking Section of the New Jersey  State Bar Association, served as a Director of its Corporate Section and writes and lectures on various business and legal matters.

Tom was Managing Partner of GreyPeach Partners which, among other things, assisted high tech companies to commercialize new technologies.  He has worked across many industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, publishing, real estate and finance.  Tom works with enterprises and their leaders to achieve critical breakthroughs, clarify long term objectives and optimize implementation strategies.

In addition, for the last five years Tom has led the New Jersey Executive Networking Group (NJENG), a respected "invitation only" organization for "C" Level Executives.


Ruth Harenchar is a senior IT executive, strategist, and change agent.  She has served as Interim CIO and Interim VP of Consulting/Technology Services at three privately-held companies.  Ruth has also served as an IT Strategist at two Fortune 50 companies.

Ruth has been a CIO at two companies – The Hobart West Group, a privately-held provider of legal document support services; and at Bowne & Company, Inc., a publicly-traded Fortune 1000 global financial printer.  Seminal accomplishments included co-developing two trademarked technology based typesetting processes (XMark™ and BowneFax™) which delivered significant increases to enterprise profitability.  Her work on BowneFax™ also included co-inventing with Heidelberg a new high-speed digital fax process that is 600% faster with 50% better resolution than traditional fax.

Ruth joined Bowne from the global professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP, where she served as Partner/Director of IT Account Management Services.  Previously, she served for many years in a wide range of management positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), the leading global information technology services company.

Ruth is a recognized expert in the IT industry.  Most recently her expertise in green/clean technology was highlighted when she was a featured speaker at a United Nations conference on sustainable development.  She has been quoted on numerous topics in InformationWeek, Optimize, NetworkWorld, InfoWorld, ComputerWeekly, CIO Decisions and elsewhere.


Gregory Libertiny, MBA CPA CFF ABV, has held varied C-level positions and acted in diverse consulting, advisory and board roles in a career that includes more than twenty years with industry leaders MCI, GE, and RCA, as well as mid cap companies, providing leadership through all enterprise life cycle phases.  His areas of expertise span finance, operations, business development, infrastructure improvement, process change, and internal controls.  These skills have been deployed globally with extensive experience in Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the former Soviet Union.

At MCI, Greg led financial operations for its multi-billion dollar international division and subsequently took over responsibility for an underperforming business unit there.  He led the development and deployment of MCI's first voice over internet (VoIP) products which evolved to become the industry standard.  Post MCI, Greg crafted an alternative wireless telecom enterprise across the Caribbean and Latin American (CALA).  Additional experience includes work with diverse manufacturing companies (e.g. energy saving goods, organic/green products, alternative fuels, distribution).  He has provided technical expertise to the AICPA and was a subject matter expert for the SEC on its XBRL project.

Greg holds a BBA from Baruch College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  In addition to being an actively licensed CPA, he has advanced credentials in business valuation, forensic accounting, and is a registered mediator in the New Jersey civil court system.  He is involved in numerous pro bono activities and has spoken globally on technology, operations and management.
